TERMS OF SERVICE
Please be aware that I can not work on commissions 24/7. I have a life outside of the computer and need breaks, food, and sleep just like any other person in the world!Commissions will most likely not be finished within an hour or two. Please be patient with me, I have other events in my life that require my attention as well!I am allowed to refuse a commission for whatever reason, whether it be because the client is making me uncomfortable, is harassing me, broke my T.O.S or because the client was too vague for me to work with.Full refunds will only be given if there’s an emergency on the receiver's end or a cancellation. This means if the receiver needs to pay taxes, pay bills, etc. they’ll get their money back. Cancellations are when I run into a situation where I am unable to complete the commission and will give back the client's money. Refunds will not be given if the commission is completed. Please tell me beforehand if you need to get your money back because of something serious.Please fill out the form and provide me with as many references as possible. Things like character references, poses, expressions etc. are needed. Giving me these details will help me envision what you want out of your commission since I am not a mind reader!
Commission Details
Payment invoices are sent after the rough draft of the commission is accepted by the client. Only once the invoice is paid for, I will begin finalizing the commission. All payments are done via Paypal only, and must be paid in full, no half-payments!You are allowed to ask how progress is going with your commission. However, this does not mean you are allowed to spam me to finish your commission faster. Doing so will only ban you from commissioning me forever.You’re allowed to post/use your commission anywhere as long as credit is given to me. Please do not post my work without crediting me, and do not alter the artwork whatsoever!The watermarked commission will be given to you. The finished watermarked piece will also be posted publicly to all of my main sites, used as examples of mine, used as my portfolio etc. unless explicitly requested not to. Do not remove the watermark whatsoever!Do not be afraid to ask me questions. Communication on both ends is extremely important, do not hesitate to ask me a question if you’re confused about something, and I will explain to the best of my ability!
